Time flies.

My last paper will be on Thursday and I am done with this sem.

My sem in Australia.

It has been wonderful.

Nice culture, friendly ppl.

Except the weather. Haha.

I still miss the time when I can just sneak into my room and switch on the air-cond.

I miss the time when I don't have to look at the weather forecast before I go out.

I miss wearing short skirts without leggings or stockings.

Annoying much eh winter.

23 days to go. I will be back.

I will definitely miss here a lot!!

I miss walking out at night catching trains, buses and trams.

I will not be able to that anymore in Malaysia haha.

I miss the 15 mins walk to the bus loop everyday to go for class instead of driving car.

I miss all the good desserts here!!

Meanwhile, back to the preparation for my last paper.:)

I went to mid valley again to change my shoe that I bought yesterday.

Why?

Because the leather on the side is actually falling off.. I only found out yesterday night.

So I changed to this one:)

Another funny thing. I think my daddy is afraid of me already for being a big spender for these two months.

My mom told me that daddy asked her: " Finish shopping already?"

Haha.

I will be thrifty daddy. No worries:)

My little sister is finally going to college! Although it is nothing special but I am feeling very excited for her. Haha, sounds so mama-ish according to my sister.

Since we are going to wait for my sister to finish off her day, I decided to spend some time with my mom since I will leave her for 6 freaking months!

We ordered this hazelnut chocolate. Not bad but I think they put too much of cream.

This is a mini set which consists of a pasta and rice. I was still full at that time so I decided to just share with my mommy. Another reason, I AM ON DIET!

The potato salad is good. I love how the egg and potato blended together perfectly and also the sesame dressing. Yum yum!

Last but not least, the coco banana parfait. Not too sweet and healthy because there are a lot of banana slices.

Then we walked around Metrojaya to search for my dad's new shirt for CNY.

Bought one red polo tee with white stripes.

Btw, I love the little lanterns decoration in MV. Simple and Nice.:)

It has been four days after the new year day.

All I did was wasting time at home. Haha

Not exactly.

Currently I am still in the preparation of getting stuff I need in australia.

Well, I do not want to bring a lot of things over because I knew that I would buy a lot of stuff from Australia. So I will just bring basic stuff.

Btw, Itouch 4 is my target for this year. I want to get one for two reasons.

Firstly my MP3 is broken. The battery will not be full no matter how long i charged and it will become very hot. And secondly I fell in love with this gadget after seeing one which my buddy has. muahaha..I am going to get it soon!!

Another thing that I would missed in Malaysia is my 21st birthday.

I would be spending it in Australia.

Well, I have thought of having a birthday party but since CNY is getting nearer, I don't think I could make one. Everyone is busy preparing haha.

So, I didn't expect much from this.

I think I will just had another ordinary celebration with my family and friends.:)

I will be flying in a month's time.

To be frank, I have mixed feelings. Feeling anxious and excited at the same time

I keep wondering how my life would be without my family besides me.

Everyone knows that I am someone who rely a lot on my family.

Well, this is one of my aims to study abroad.

To broaden my vision and also learn to live by myself.

I believe that it would be a great one:)

The month of festive is here again.

I always love christmas decoration in all the shopping malls.

It gives me a very peaceful feeling.

It has been a while since i updated my blog last month.

Well, I am busying with my exam and it just ended last Friday.

After my acceptance of the offer to Australia, I just realised there are a lot of things waiting for me..HOHO...

Travel Insurance, Student Visa, Copies of passport...etc etc....so many more...

And so much of expenses has already been incurred when I am still here..haha

终于来到金融课的最后一堂课。今天教授特别不一样，为我这个学期的课画上了一个完美的句点。

教授是这么说的：

投资是一门学问。不然就不会有像 Warren Buffett 那样成功的投资者，也不会有人因为股票而倾家荡产。在投资的世界里，最忌的就是这一个“贪”字。只要一有贪念，就是说损失的开始。

这个世界上有赚就会有亏。当你赚钱的时候，就会有人亏钱。投资的世界就是这样。所以适当的时候就要回馈社会做慈善。

给你一个例子吧：

地理杂志曾经报道，一群鲸鱼和一群海狗在同一个地区生活。鲸鱼以捕食海狗为生。其实鲸鱼大可厮杀所有的海狗然后再到另外一处觅食。但它们没那么做。他们小心地呵护剩余的海狗并护它们上岸。

它们为何要这么做？为的是他们的未来。如果他们现在把海狗都赶尽杀绝，那下一季他们就失去了食物的来源。

同样的，在商业里，应该在适当的时候回馈社会（金钱方式）。同样的社会就会用那笔钱来钱赚钱回馈于公司。这是一个cycle。

同样的情形，人类一味地去砍伐树木来发展。当有一天什么都没有了，苦地只是人类而已。

今天我学了很多。

原来所有的事情都有着同样的道理。

Shopping vs traffic nightmare

After my commercial banking class yesterday, I went to mid Valley to meet up my mom and sis.

I was trapped in the massive traffic jam in mid Valley city for almost one hour ++ just to get into the parking..=.=

In addition, i spent another half an hour to get a parking.

It was Isetan Member's Sales yesterday, that's why...

Nonetheless it was worth to spend that long time in my car waiting

as i got myself plenty of stuff haha...

Here goes the stuff i got for myself:

4 blouses, three are floral-printed and one executive style plus the black satin pants

my favourite dress at the moment:) I just love floral motives on my clothes..
I am a romantic person!! LOL

Exam is in two weeks time.. Time to pray hard and study hard..=.=

I hope that my application for the exchange to Australia Campus will be successful!

Famine 30

This is an very very old post..haha

This is the Famine 30 camp that I joined in August,

in which we starved for 30 hours and at the same time a lot of activities were available for us.

The first activity was some sort of "surviving-in-the-reality" game in which we had to "worked" to earn a living--->to get food vouchers.

Basically there are two kinds of job-->the illegal one and the legal one.

At night, we watched a movie which was about poverty. I was amazed that how Monash auditorium could turn out to be a comfortable cinema..haha

DANG~~~ See how tired were we after a whole day of activities plus sleeping outdoor in the campus...

Overall, it was a great experience as I truly learnt how to appreciate everything that i had plus I really did experienced the hardship of being in poverty.

Time really flies.
In the speed of blinking eyes.
I am truly grateful that I have passed through my first year in university with safe and sound.
Well of course this doesn't include the stress that I was having.

Tomorrow, there will be a new journey.
Despite of the hardship and challenges that I will be facing, I chose to welcome it with an open heart. Anticipating all the happenings.

I had an outing with Xiu Tao and Khai Ling today.

Watched Toy Story 3.

This movie reminds me of my toys. lol

I remembered how my daddy bought those small plastic toys for me.

Well, my parents are not technology-savvy person.

They do not about the latest games or softwares for games.

So they just bought me dolls and toys, just like those in the movie.

And I also remember how I played with those toys.

Well, I did not treat them well..LOL

Most of them ended up without hands and legs.

It's just so pathetic of me to have none of these toys left with me.

Ah well, at least I still have the memory of playing with them:)

Those who I met everyday will know that I am currently very stressed up with my studies, assignments, mid term......bla bla bla.

Now, I am really at the verge of collapsing.I know that it's my responsibility and those who are in the working field would probably say this: Hey, students' life is the best moment in your life. You will be much more stressed when you are working in the society

Alright I know that. But the stress that I am having now is too great. I barely can hold on anymore.

Everytime when I felt like giving up, I told myself that I cannot fail. I can do this. This is for your future. Bla Bla Bla.....

I am aware that I am being very grumpy and complaining non-stop.

I kept telling others that how stress I am. I am sorry.. I don't mean to stress you up too.

It's just that I really need to voice out my feeling so that I could feel better.

But somehow it's useless. The bug named "stress" will not stop haunting me.

I know I am being very emotional at this moment. I really feel like crying. I just want everything to be over as soon as possible. I want to do my best. I want to score. It's just that simple.

can I do it?

I don't know.

But I will try my best.

Time to head back to reality.

Disappointed, heart broken, sadness............

I was still very anticipating the days I am going to spend in other countries yesterday.
I even start to fantasize the life I am going to have over there.
But today, when the person in-charge told me that I can't go to Australia on the next semester,
to be honest, my heart really sanked. I was quite upset at that time. It's just that I don't want to show it out.

I know that I still have the chance to go next year but still.........
Do you know the feelings?
When you are anticipating something a lot, and all of a sudden someone told you that you can't do that. Do you know how disappointing it is?

GAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am really very stressed up and confused right now.

So now I have a plan: either I go to australia for half year or I go to UK for a year or half a year for both countries.

BUT..............there is NO guarantee that I will get the offer.....:(

For now, I can't do anything right now except studying very very very hard to score well in my exam in order to raise the possibility of getting my application approved.

PLEASE-----I -BEG-YOU-MONASH, LET ME GO OK???????

Time flies and two weeks of CNY come to an end, just like that.
Today does not only marks the end of the chinese new year but also my three and a half months of summer break..YEAH...

Basically I did nothing much during the holidays.
Just keep having fun times with my old friends.
More and more of them are leavng this country to pursue their studies abroad.
I hope that I will be the next! I really want to study in Australia.:)

Anyway....to ppl who keep visiting my blog, sorry for not updating the blog frequently even though I am so free to hang around at home haha...

Overally, I spent my birthday quite peacefully yesterday.
No outings with friends or anything.
Just stayed at home in the afternoon and had dinner with my family at night.
How wonderful right:) Simple and yet memorable.

新年快到了，所以最近都把时间花在大扫除。
这次的大年初一恰好同情人节落在同一天，
让我们这些单身的人在这一天少了份孤单。

有时候或许是太寂寞吧，
可是又找不到人聊天，所以朋友请原谅我突然在网上与你们聊些有的没的。

二月是我最喜欢的一个月份。
不知为何，总觉得它是温柔知性的。
有时又觉得它有一点神秘。

I went for a hair cut today because my long hair makes me look very sleepy all the time unless i tie them up.

Finally I 've decided to cut them short. Well, not super duper short but it is the shortest in these few years haha...

I don't really like the back though..Will try to trim it again myself.

这两天翻开报章，映入眼帘的照片都让我湿了眼。

心里总是觉得很酸很痛。

再想想自己，实在是幸福的没话说。

失去双亲的小孩、很努力的挖着倒塌的建筑物只为了寻找生命的迹象的人、

无语问苍天的脸孔、尸体、救援队伍、私刑、暴乱、悲剧。

心里总想为他们做些什么。

所以到哪里看到有募款活动，都会上前去投下那微不足道的金额。

谢谢你们让我懂得什么是感恩。

谢谢你们让我学会如何去珍惜我的所有。

而我却不能为你们做出任何付出。

活了二十年，我会更珍惜我的未来。

而你们，我只能为你们祈祷因为我是多么的微不足道。

Finally, I have bank account.
Two to be precise..haha..

So I guess I will be more efficient and effective in dealing with my money.

It's just so funny when I reached dad's office and his colleagues are the one who helped us with the procedures haha.

And I will work there in the future.
So they will be my colleagues too.

Currently I am trying out the new polishing renewal exfoliator from Nano White.

I am so in love with the effect!!!

My face is now "shinny" and smooth haha..

Now my biggest enemy is none other than the BLACKHEADS!!!!

They are simply very annoying.. Can't wait to remove them permanently.

Any good products to introduce?

当我看到网上的报道、面子书上的信奉基督教的朋友所写的留言，我真的很震惊。
只因为一个字眼，就发生这样的事情。

如果同样的事情发生在你们的身上，你们会如何反应？
我真的不敢想象。

我们不是都是马来西亚的人民吗？
政府不都在积极地推广“一个马来西亚”吗？
到底我们的国家人民，变成了什么样？

若要人尊敬你，请你先自重。

少走弯路的忠告

1. 买个闹钟，以便按时叫醒你。
不仅要学会准时，更要学会提前。就如你坐车去某地，沿途风景很美，你忍不住下车看一看，后来虽然你还是赶到了某地，却不是准时到达。“闹钟”只是简单的标志与提示，真正灵活、使用的时间，掌握在每个人的心中。

2. 如果你不喜欢现在的工作，要么辞职不干，要么就闭嘴不言。
初出茅庐，往往眼高手低，心高气傲，大事做不了，小事不愿做。不要养成挑三拣四的习惯。不要雨天烦打伞，不带伞又怕淋雨，处处表现不满情绪。记住，不做则已，要做就做好。

3. 每个人都有孤独的时候
要学会忍受孤独，这样才会成熟起来。年轻人嘻嘻哈哈、打打闹闹惯了，到了一个陌生环境，面对形形色色的人和事，一下子不知所措，有时候连一个可以倾心说话的地方都没有。这时，千万不要浮躁，学会静心，学会忍耐孤独。在孤独思考，在思考中成熟，在成熟中升华。不要因为寂寞而乱了方寸，而去做无聊无益的事情，白白浪费宝贵的时间。

4. 不要像玻璃那样脆弱
有的人眼睛总盯着自己，所以长不高看不远；总是喜欢怨天尤人，也是别人无比厌烦。没有苦中苦，哪来甜中甜？不要像玻璃那样脆弱，而应像水晶一样透明，太阳一样辉煌，腊梅一样坚强。既然睁开眼睛享受风的清凉，就不要埋怨风中细小的沙粒。

5. 管住自己的嘴巴
不要谈论自己，更不要议论别人。谈论自己往往会自大虚伪，在名不副实中失去自己。议论别人往往陷入鸡毛蒜皮的是非口舌当中。

6. 机会从不会“失掉”，你失掉了，自有别人会得到
不要凡事在天，守株待兔，更不要寄希望与“机会”。机会只不过是相对于充分准备而又善于创造机会的人而言的。也许，你正为失去一个机会而懊悔、埋怨的时候，机会正被你对面那个同样的“倒霉鬼”捉住了。没有机会，就要创造机会，有了机会就要捉住机会。

7. 若电话老是不响，你该打出去
很多时候，电话会给你带来意想不到的收获，他不是花瓶，仅仅成了摆设。交了新朋友，别忘了老朋友，朋友多了路好走。交际的一大诀窍就是主动。好的人缘好的口碑，往往能够协助你。

若人生有那么简单就好了。。。

Mom made dumplings today.
I didn't join because I don't know how to do..haha..

The dumplings are very yummy:)

I think I have to start to learn how to cook.
It's just so wrong that a big girl like me doesn't know how to cook. Haha

Mom always said that你一点都没有女孩的样子。什么都不会。
haha...So yea..she meant that I failed to be a GIRL. LOL

Life has been very relaxing.
Now I miss those days in which I rushed for assignments haha.. Weirdo.

今天才发现原来主动不是坏事。

适当的主动反而有意想不到的结果。

另外，今天把车开去维修中心。

在那里遇到一个印裔负责人。

交谈中才发觉原来自己的想法也会有人认同。

其实我自己还蛮喜欢和不同的人交流。

有时候有梦想是好的。

但当现实与梦想碰撞，也只剩很多的无奈。

So I called up TTC and the person in charge asked me to fill up the form at their centre tomorrow.
So yeah, I am going. If I am hired, then this will be my first job.

My uncle came over just now.
Have fun with my cousin brothers.

They are so good now:)
They used to be very mischievous and naughty haha..
Now, they are getting better.:)

I guess that I will be more active in writing blog nowadays since I really got nothing better to do.

I shall list down my resolutions:)

1. Getting all HDs in all my exams:)

2. My application for the exchange programme will be successful

3. Get a surprise party for my 20th birthday. :D *hint hint*

4. May all my family members and friends blessed with good health.

5. Get a netbook before I depart to Aussie.

6. Get my dream phone-N97

7. Read at least 5 books. ( I have only read three books last year not including textbook..OMG)

8. Be a good girl and try not to be rebellious

9. More gatherings with old friends:D

10. Last but not least: Give me a BF pls:)

This is the my Top 10 list^^

I hope that I could fulfill at least half of it haha..

As all other usual Sundays,

the whole family went to Mid Valley for a chiling session. (dinner, drink, etc)

If I am not mistaken, this would be mine fourth visit to MV consecutively for the week.

Mid Valley really has to thank me for my

economic contribution. (Parkings, Shopping, Movies, etc)

So, we had our dinner at Fong Lye Restaurant @ The Gardens, which sells taiwanese food.

The fried chicken was not bad

after dinner, we headed to mid valley

On the bridge connecting The Gardens and Mid Valley:)

I love this bridge a lot, which I do not know why.

Then, we took some pics at the centre point.

This year's decoration is ok.

Somehow it reminds me of Harry Potter. haha

I personally prefer the white christmas one.

It was the best for me:)

Then when the clock struck 8, there was a performance.

I was lucky enough as this was the last performance.

I like their costumes a lot.

My christmas for every year is quiet and peaceful.

The things that I do the most are watching performances and SHOPPING.. Haha

p.s: I went to Monash today and the advisor said that

I can only exchange to Caulfield campus.

Really hope that I could make it:)

我好像是一个很贪婪的家伙。
我认为是时候把这给改了。

还记得有个老师对我说过这一句话：
幸福不在于你拥有了多少，而是你珍惜了多少。
只要怀着感恩的心，无论你拥有的有多少，你都会很快乐。

我想我应该领悟了这一句话。
幸福不是别人给的，而是自己创造的。

可是领悟和实践是两回事。
习惯了真的很难改。
习惯这东西，好的话可以带来无限量的好处，
坏的话可能会拖累你的一生。

所以要改掉坏习惯，首先就是要培养好习惯去代替。

我正在努力当中。。。

盼望了好久，终于实现了。

我从未想过有那么的一天，你会近在咫尺。

我的生命里，至少到现在，都没有美丽的邂逅，也没有梦幻的恋爱。每天的生活就是读书，吃，睡，看电视。偶尔，就和朋友逛逛。

我的生活就那么简单。没事不想出去时，就在家里当起宅女。

我的视野就真的只有那么狭窄，让我有时候觉得自己好像什么都不会。

除了课本上的知识，我什么都不会了。

我好想从我的世界走出来，好好地看看偌大世界是如何。

可是在自由的枷锁下，我很难办到吧？

所以我很努力的想要去外国深造，就是排除万难都要去的那种。

至少我可以有自由的天空。我不知道这样做会否让我成长，但我知道我一天不摆脱那枷锁，我永远都会停止在这阶段。

I just want to be a better person. A grown and mature one.

Broadening my own vision is the only way to do it.

My exam will be starting from 4th of Nov till 13th Nov.

Thus, my dear readers might not be able to see me appear online that often anymore.

This is my first exam in university and I do not want to screw it up, obviously.

These are some fun facts about my university life:

The number of hours that I'd spent in the library nowadays is significantly much more than the accumulated hours that I had during high school and college.

I've never ever started that early on my preparation for examinations, which is more than one month before the exam date.

The stress that I am having now is the double, the triple, the quadruple, the nth-ple that I had experienced from my previous study life.

I dreamt more frequently about exams than I usually do. And the nightmares are still haunting me. (AAARGGH)

The number of sleepless nights has increased.

I use A LOT of papers. To do A LOT of exercises.

My confidence level fluctuates all the times. It can be high for one moment and low for the next second. (I do not know what I am saying)

The last but not least, university is making me crazy and I still love it. (WEIRDO!!!!!!!!!)

I am pretty sure that I can do well. I have high expectations. *crossing finger*

Wish me luck.
